1. Machine function and process flow:

1) Machine function: Automatically feeding paper-plastic tube, Sewing the bottom, then covering & sealing with heat-melt adhesive tape.

2) Process flow:

> Feeding the paper-plastic tube automatically (by vacuum sucker).

> Convey the tube to the sewer for double line bottom sewing.

> Convey the tube to the sealer, cover the sewing thread by heated adhesive tape, then press the tape to make it well stuck to the bottom.

> Finding the gap between tubes while conveying, cut the sewing thread and tape between bags by auto scissor.

> Conveying and stack the bags.

2. Machine features

1) Automatic bag feeding and position rectifying

2) Equipped with Japan Newlong sewing head.

3) Sealing the bottom by heat-melt adhesive tape

4) Speed stepless regulation, driven by inerter.

5) Temperature control system is equipped with digital thermometer and solid stay relay to realize PID heating. Digital display on temperature controller meter, easy to read and set.

6) Set emergence stop buttons at main working position
